Basically, I understand the meaning of the  whole sentence:

[ In the album, a collection was presented / covered / included. The collection is about Tatar traditional ethnic costumes,  from the state associated museum of Tatarstan Republic. ]

My question is about the expression torgan. "Tor" seems from the verb "to stand", and "torgan" seems like its past participle. But I failed to get its exact meaning and specific function in the sentence above (((

I remembered an usage of "tor":

e.g. {Kazan} su'ze bish xa'refta'n tora - The word of Kazan, is (built) from 5 letters.

I feel [isemnen' chygysh kileshe + tor] structure, like [to be made of XXX, to be built from XXX] sense

Is it possible that [tatar xalkynyn' traditsion kiemna'renna'n torgan kollektsijase] also belongs to this case ?

I mean "a collection, which is (made) from atar tradition ethnic costumes" ?

Yes, that's right. Elative + тор- is "to consist of". торган is the participle.
To my Bashkir ear, this entire sentence sounds a bit strange though. (as often does Tatar in fact). I would prefer татар халкының традицион киемнәре коллекциясе, or even better татар милли киемнәре жыентыгы

The verb always comes at the end of the sentence.
Ирем... эшли,
Виктор... утыра

sorry, I'm not a native Tatar speaker. I can only suggest a direct translation from my native Bashkir, which would be йома кистәрен -> жомга кичләрен. Not sure if this is proper Tatar.

You know, I'm a Chinese speaker, input system on computer has only Chinese and normal English keyboard. Do you think that writing Latin alphabet shows somewhat lack of respect to Russian speakers ? If so, I promise to use cyrillic every time to write Russian and Tatar )

If you are a Windows user, installing Tatar layout shouldn't be much of a problem.

Does this sentence mean "use dictionary to translate those Russian words" or "use dictionary to translate (the words) into Russian language" ?

The "tel" takes accusative case, I thought it would be the former meaning, but the context seems to tell a different story (((

You translate from language into language

Can I say

"Мин билетләр сатып алырга телим" to mean "I want to buy tickets"

"Син инженерләрен беләсеңме" to mean "Do you know the engineers" ?

It means [Let's show cамый ненавистный школьный распорядок, shall we ? ] "吧" functions like "let's, давaй, shall we, will you" sth like that )))

билетлар. билет is considered a back-vowel word, as are most loanwords from Russian
The same goes for инженерлар

Should be normally "Син инженерларны беләсеңме?" unless the preceding context explicitly specifies "the engineers of a specific company/organization etc."
