И будет считаться  доставленным должным образом уведомляемой стороне, если будет получен ею по вышеуказанному* адресу.

* В отличие от российской юриспруденции, в англосаксонском праве юридическим адресом для целей договора считается исключительно адрес, указанный в самом договоре.

После запятой не могу разобраться
