Вакансия: Секретарь на ресепшн
Основные обязанности:
·      Прием и распределение входящих телефонных звонков;
·      Встреча посетителей;
·      Координация работы курьерских служб;
·      Работа с входящей/исходящей корреспонденцией;
·      Обеспечение жизнедеятельности офиса.
Требования:
·      Высшее/неоконченное высшее образование;
·      Опытный ПК – пользователь;
·      Знание английского языка не ниже уровня Intermediate;
·      Презентабельный внешний вид;
·      Грамотная устная и письменная речь;
·      Коммуникабельность.

Вакансия: Receptionist
To ensure that:
• telephone calls are answered in an efficient and professional way.
• visitors are received in a proper manner.
• the reception area and meeting rooms run smoothly.
• clients always feel welcome to ask for your assistance
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receiving incoming telephone calls and filtering out where necessary.
• Taking clear and informative telephone messages, noting the name and company of the caller, time of the enquiry, and passing them to the intended recipient as soon as possible via e-mail or orally.
• If the recipient is unavailable, offering help in answering the query or re-directing the call.
• Booking conference rooms.
• Clearing and checking conference rooms after a meeting and first thing each morning and at the end of shift, to ensure that all rooms have notepads, pencils, pens, flip charts (and that all old messages from flip charts are removed before new meetings commence).
• Maintaining stock of brochures and other publications for reception area and conference rooms.
• Arranging teas/coffees/other refreshments/catering requirements for conference rooms.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and arranging distribution.
• Maintaining drivers and couriers chart and Travel Forms and keeping information of:
 which drivers are to drive
 where
 when
 estimate time of return
• Managing taxi bookings (from ordering & logging till end of trip).
• Processing taxi/drivers/couriers/client catering/other expense claim forms.
• Acting as Helpdesk by providing general assistance in daily life organisational arrangements (search for information, hotel/tickets/restaurants booking, some translation and  interpretation)
• Providing assistance to any other member of the team when required.
Generally, this is a small office and it is not intended that there should be any rigid demarcation lines and flexibility is the key to providing a high class, efficient service to clients.
Requirements:
fluent English• professional telephone manners
• higher education (linguistics preferably)
• at least 0.5 year of relevant work experience in international corporate environment
• computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, Internet)
• ability to work under pressure
• strong organizational and planning skills

Key duties and responsibilities
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a group of lawyers:
 typing amendments
 formatting and processing legal documents
 drafting presentations
 phone calls handling
 scanning, copying and binding
 arranging for notarisations and external translations
 internal mail distribution
 personal assistance
 occasional replacement of reception secretaries which includes phone calls handling, greeting clients, taxi ordering, office drivers coordination, checking meeting rooms after meetings, etc.
Requirements:
 higher education (linguistics preferably)
 absolute fluency in English
 at least 2 years of work experience as a secretary, team assistant or PA in international environment
 Latin/Cyrillic touch-typing (minimum 150 s/m)
 very good knowledge of MS Office, Word in particular
 ability to work under pressure
Compensation and benefits:
