Другий термін це children of tender years, що переклали у нас "малолітні діти" (ну немає у нас молодшої категорії в законодавстві). Не вважаю, що можливо вводити настільки "художній" й непрозорий "епітет" (діти тендітного віку) з англо-саксонського права, не давши йому визначення в українському законодавстві.
