Уважаемые форумчане, помогите пожалуйста исправить ошибки в письме, если таковые имеются. Может что-то коряво звучит, или порядок слов плохой. Вот собственно текст:

I, Mr XXX, by this letter confirm that I've been living at the following address 11 xxxxxxxxxxxx, (one bedroom flat at the ground floor).
Along with my brother, Mr YYY, I've been renting a room in a one bedroom flat since summer 2009. Once a month I pay only my part of the rent into the bank account of my Landlord Mr ZZZ. In the other room there've always been living other persons: 1) they are unrelated to me. 2)We share a common kitchen, bathroom and toilet, 3) the rooms have individual locks on the doors.
