Ah, Karachi. Then I see all. Therefore you have rightly said above, the second language is urdu there.
Не в порядке полемики: в Карачи ведь и синдхи довольно распространен?

Да не, это я pater noster начитался
типа "извиний нам наше грехи, так как ми извиниме наших грешников"

Do you believe, it is offensive? On the contrary, it is very useful for me. Of course, if you are correctly revising my speech.

Нет, мне тоже помогает, и поэтому хочу другим помочь
If you will explain your corrections as well, it will be much more interesting.
In English it is not necessary to separate these kinds of subclauses with a comma:
Do you believe (that) it is offensive?
I would usually use the verb "tell" with an indirect object
"I don't speak English, I told you about this already."
this would be fine, but you haven't actually told ME about it so the verb "say" seems more fitting here stylistically
"Then I see all" I guess the more common alternative would "Now I see"
and it's not "all" but "everything" that fits more here...
"Therefore you have rightly said" in this case "therefore" doesn't fit because it shows a logical relationship of implication; in this case it doesn't make sense because your understanding doesn't affect the truth value of his statement
But that's a really small complaint, I'm sure native speakers wouldn't know what I'm talking about and would just put "then" following their sprachgefühl
the adverb rightly is also awkward, it is more often used to mean "fairly" and even though your usage is not in error, stylistically the better word to use is "correctly"
my fix of "Then it is as you said" is also a little bookish, the more colloquial usage would be "Then it's like you said"
the word "there" is extraneous and is often used in Russian as in "Тогда вы правильно сказали, там Урду" but English doesn't need this kind of usage because it has a copula in the present tense
