A few more vowels wouldn't hurt.

Кстати, вспомнил, что лет 15 назад видел в "Известиях" (!) один похожий (по идее) фонетический алфавит.

Знаю о Интербете уже давно. Мне кажется, что естественным использованием вашего алфавита, будет математическая нотаця. Ведь, во-первых — у каждой буквы есть имя, во-вторых — большóе кол-во букв, есть из чего выбирать .

Между прочим я иногда так и поступаю.
