Good day.
At BBC site I often see headers containing strange constructions:
e. g.: "Ford to recall 465,000 vehicles to fix possible fuel leak" (link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-22763338)
I find it similar with "Ford recalls ... etc".
Why BBC and other newspapers use this constructions instead of ordinar Verb+s?
Thanks!
