Тот, что используется в Иране. Какие там действуют правила орфографии? Какие гласные пишутся и как?
Я правильно понимаю, что южноазербайджанский — последний крупный тюркский язык на традиционной (не алфавитной типа уйгурской) арабице?

Although 19th article of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkish varieties in Iran are not official languages [No Discrimination, No Privileges: All people of Iran, whatever the ethnic group or tribe to which they belong, enjoy equal rights; color, race, language, and the like, do not bestow any privilege], they don’t have any institual organization to standardize the language and spelling rules, against all odds we may mention some organizational or personal attempts which try to do offer common writing rules for the standardization of each variety. Although a small number publications Azeri, Turkmen, Kashkay, Khalaj etc., all the Turkish varieties in Iran use the Persian version of the Arabic alphabet.

Azerbaijanis use a different alphabet than Persian but its usually mistaken with Persian. However just like Persian Alphabet, it is driven from Arabic Alphabet. Kurdish Alphabet is also different from Persian. Both languages have Latin and some form of Arabic Alphabet.
For example in Farsi there are all forms of Arabic “Z” sound which are driven from Arabic, but in Farsi they pronounce all of those “Z” sounds same as each other (Arabs pronounce each one differently). In Azerbaijani Alphabet, we just have one form for Z sound, one form for S sound and so on.
Farsi has 6 vowels : اَ اِ اُ آ او ای (driven from Arabic)
Azeri has 9 vowels: آ اَ ائـ ایـ ایـ اُ اؤ او او (from Arabic) and A Ə E İ I O Ö U Ü (from Latin).
These were just some examples of difference between Farsi and Azerbaijani Alphabet (non Latin one).

На южноазербайджанской Википедии арабские слова пишутся как в арабском. В общем, как я понял, пишут они просто как попало, что-то вроде нашего транслита английской латиницей во всяких чатах. Жаль.
