Попробую так.

Lithuanian-Moscow relations of 1392–1408 in relation to the Smolensk, Chernigov, and Ryazan policy of Vytautas and Vasily I

The article considers the relationship between the Grand Duke of Lithuania Vytautas and his son in law of the Grand Duke of Moscow Vasily I in relation to their policy toward the titled nobility of the Lands of Smolensk, Chernigov, and Ryazan in the late 14th – early 15th centuries. The course of events in the region allows a better understanding of the cause of the conflict of 1406–1408. As result it helps to understand the actions of Vytautas and Vasily I, related to the development of their confrontation and further settling of the conflict .
