Why are dollar and euro going down in Russia? As the case stands in our and american economics now, it's impossible, I can't make an interpretation of it. What do you think?

If I were you I'd use another word for omitting,  lousie forgot to add/insert/write an article, because omitting things is a more deliberate thing to do.
