List them, that's awefully vague (HTML, CSS, etc.)

Again, specify which ones

List some sites, maybe? Unless there are too many to list. You could choose to mention some and write "and others" since that's a lot more convincing.

It means "оно" you should write IT since it's an abbreviation

- Creation/editing of graphic

I'd say "images" or "graphics" since graphic is singular so it sounds like you just made one
but audio/video is fine

I'd say other than those two mistakes your English is solid. But your CV should have a lot more specific detail.
